In cooperation with the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), Asharqia Chamber will organize a workshop entitled "Listing in the Local Financial Market" on Wednesday 3rd October 2018, with a view to defining the business sector in the Eastern Province of the Saudi Stock Exchange and explaining the listing mechanism and the advantages of the main market and the parallel market and real estate investment funds (REIT).
The workshop will discuss three main topics on the local financial market, as the first one provides an overview of the Saudi financial market, the second introduces the financial market and its role in the growth of family businesses, and the third shows the mechanisms of listing in the financial market.
Asharqia Chamber pays particular attention to the inclusion of companies in the financial market, as it promotes transparency, separates ownership from management and opens up various investment channels.
In cooperation with Tadawul, Asharqia Chamber organized "Listing in the Financial Market" last April under the patronage of His Excellency the Chairman of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Quwaiz.
It was attended by international and local experts specializing in listing and putting companies on the financial markets, as it concluded that the company's balance between environmental factors, society and governance positively affects its performance and its shares and values.
